Jacob Smets
Jacob Smets has been part of the building industry for over 15 years.
On completion of his carpentry apprenticeship he sub-contracted for a number of bespoke building companies whilst completing his building certificate and opened his own business in 2016. This business is now trading as Smets Building Pty Ltd.
Jacob has experience working in residential, commercial and coastal settings.
Jacob is highly skilled and experienced with working on new homes, homes with heritage requirements and homes in both a rural and suburban settings.
Tight access and complex structure requirements have proven no issue for him, always working to find creative and practical solutions to ensure a project’s success.
Jacob’s business has quickly grown and as a result he now employees a carefully selected team of apprentices and carpenters. High quality craftsmanship and honest communication is a focus for the entire team.
Jacob has built a strong trade network so there is never an issue gaining access to multiple trades of the highest quality.
